What I like about it is how the cost is also included in the recipe. The most a meal can cost is around $9.23, most are the cost of a fast food meal. Every week starts off with a shopping list for the week. This is perfect for those who want to do their food shopping in one fell swoop.The recipes also have a helpful hints section and a countdown of what to do. I would have liked to have seen dessert recipes too, because this is as just as important as the main meal.
