Everyone has their favorite birthday meal or dessert?It could be steak au poivre with a good red wine.It could be smash burger with an extra side of fries? Or a homemade lasagna or shepherd's pie.
The question is what do you like to eat on your social day? Mine has always been risotto Milanese, that creamy Saffron rice dish fron Milan, There was something about the tang of the yellow strands that permeated arborio rice. It was sheer heaven and something my Mom made every year for me.
